These terms apply when you request or receive services from TCS House and Business Solutions LLC, including requests made through Thumbtack.

Estimates

Estimates we send through messages are based on the information and photos you provide. If the actual conditions on site are different (for example, missing wiring, hidden damage or different measurements), the price may change, and we will tell you before doing additional work. An estimate becomes an agreement only once you confirm it.

Scheduling

Appointments are confirmed only after we both agree on a date and time. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Messages

We may use software tools, including AI-assisted tools supervised by our team, to organize requests and help draft replies. Prices, schedules and commitments are always set by TCS House and Business Solutions LLC.

Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate information about the job, safe access to the work area, and let us know about any known hazards.

Thumbtack

If you contacted us through Thumbtack, Thumbtack's own terms also apply to your use of their platform. Thumbtack is not a party to the agreement between you and TCS House and Business Solutions LLC.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.
