Information we collect
- Information you or Thumbtack share with us about your request: your name, the city/ZIP or address of the job, project details, answers to request questions, and photos or files you send.
- Information you enter in the quote form on our website: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, job description, contact preference and any photos you attach, plus basic technical data (IP address and browser type) used to prevent spam.
- Messages you exchange with us and the dates and times they were sent.
- Scheduling details and the price estimates we send you.
How we use it
- To answer your request, understand the job, prepare estimates and schedule the work.
- To keep a record of our conversations and the services we provide.
- To improve our service and response times.
We use software tools, including AI-assisted tools, to help us organize requests and draft replies. A member of our team supervises these tools. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run our business, such as Thumbtack (the platform you used to contact us), our hosting provider, and our AI provider (Anthropic), which processes message content to help draft replies. They may only use it to provide their services to us.
Retention and security
We keep request and conversation records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal and business obligations, and then delete them. We protect the information with reasonable technical measures, including encrypted connections and access limited to our team.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting tcs-thales@hotmail.com. Residents of some U.S. states may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor valid requests as required.
